No, you don’t have to submit claims through this portal. We offer this option to help you submit claims through a single portal for multiple claims payers.
Can I get free continuing-education credits without registering for the secure site?
No, you need to register for the secure site to access the free continuing-education credits.
Can I submit claims electronically for all carriers?
You can submit claims for most carriers.
Can I check eligibility?
Yes, you can check eligibility in real time for your Aetna patients by using ClaimConnect™ by dentalxchange.com.
What is ClaimConnect?
It’s a service from EDI Health Group (EHG) that lets dental offices submit electronic claims to payers and check claims status online. It also allows you to check eligibility and benefits-plan details for all Aetna Dental members.

Do I have to use the electronic services offered through AetnaDental.com?
No. The decision to use an electronic claims vendor is up to you.
